Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via FEDEX and USPS. We do ship to FPO and APO addresses via priority mail. Many of our products are made to order, therefore shipping times will vary, usually between 2 to 4 weeks. Some shipments may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. You will be notified via email if there is any delay.
Delivery is available in a 60 mile radius from our shop. We charge an additional .32 per mile for delivery. Please call us to arrange.
Guarantee and Return Policy
All products are guaranteed to be free of defects on parts/materials and workmanship. Shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please file a claim with carrier for any losses or damages and then report to us within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. We will replace/refund any defective products provided these are reported to us promptly. Please retain merchandise in its original packing and contact us as soon as possible.
We will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products returned for refunds must be in their original conditions. Customer pays for return shipping charges. We charge a 10% restocking fee plus any shipping costs that we may have incurred for returns. Credit card purchases will be refunded within 48 to 72 hours and check purchases will be refunded within 10 to 14 days from the day that we receive the returned product.
